Federal Financial Services, Incorporated was organized in 1995 by a limited number of investors with the first branch office being opened in Elkin, NC. Ralph Williams, who had over 30 years experience, was named president. Since that time we have enjoyed substantial growth and now operate four (4) regional offices and our corporate office, all in North Carolina. FFS was designed to serve a segment of society that most other financial institutions do not wish to serve. These customers are hard working people striving to make a living and raise a family, but often possess little financial security. Their net worth is small, if any, and their cash flow is often from payday to payday. These are good people who deserve a place to receive financial assistance from time to time. Federal Financial Services sees serving our customers almost like a “calling”. An opportunity to serve a portion of society that makes a real difference for good in the lives of people that need it most. Our Managers and Loan Officers become their personal financial advisors. Our customers need council, someone who will take time to listen to their needs, their problems and offer financial guidance with compassion. We specialize in warm, personal service and get to know our customers. This is not the case at larger financial institutions where individuals can feel more like just a number, rather than an individual.
