Our family had the pleasure and opportunity of having Felix Properties represent us as we recently purchased our home. We were using our VA home loan benefits and looking in a highly desired area of South Orange County that had very few homes on the market. We had an extremely difficult time getting an offer even accepted with such low inventory and drones of buyers. Kim worked so hard for us day and night using her years of experience and people skills she helped us get our offer accepted on a short sale. The process was very stressful and was ongoing for nearly seven months. Nearly everything that could go wrong on a short sale did. Kim was so wonderful at helping us navigate through this extremely difficult process. She made sure we understood what was going on through each step of our home buying process and always kept us updated and informed. She listened to our concerns and treated us like family. I cannot say enough about working with people with such integrity, respect, patience, kindness and real compassion for what we were going through.
