Description

The State University of New York’s Orange County Community College, founded in 1950, used many of the city’s existing buildings to develop what is now the college’s campus. Now known as SUNY Orange – Middletown Campus, these buildings, both old and new, have required updates for today’s rapidly changing technology.

Foremost for any facility are the safety of the building occupants and the protection of the equipment they use. We provide the industry’s most current, state-of-the-art, life safety systems including; dry chemical fire suppression systems for critical spaces, individually addressable fire detection and alarm systems with fully integrated door, fan and system controls, campus wide alarm systems integration, wet and dry sprinkler systems and pre-action sprinkler controls.

At Fellenzer Engineering LLP, our analytical abilities and extensive experience has given us the capability to provide our clients with expert technical analysis, programming and design studies. We are often called in to provide expert testimony in a variety of engineering related litigation cases. Our engineers will conduct a thorough investigation with an emphasis on the cause-and-effect relationship.

Our firm has extensive experience in the design of plumbing systems for commercial, institutional, government and residential occupancies, new buildings and tenant fit-ups, and municipal and private systems.

In addition, Fellenzer Engineering LLP has worked with municipalities and private clients for site/civil design expertise in planning, public interaction, environmental assessments, preliminary design, final design, and construction phase services.
