When providing radon testing services for your clients, Femto-Tech, Inc. instruments offer you ease of operation in providing quality measurements of radon. The CRM-510LP provides real time radon measurements and provides averages at the completion of the test. It also records data on temperature, humidity and barometric pressure changes during test on an hour to hour basis. Our model CRM-510LP/CO provides you the capability of measuring CO levels during the screening measurement period. This information is printed out in either table or graphic format.

The intrinsic calibration of the ion chamber used in a PTM-1812 system is established by the physical size and geometry of the ion chamber and the value of the feedback resistor (high-meg). The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) traceable tritium gas standards have been used to verify the electronic calibration factor for this type ion chamber. Production ion chambers maintain the same parameters as those that have been calibrated with the tritium gas standard. Therefore, the production ion chambers have the same intrinsic calibration.
