These partnerships will strengthen our foundation to place us in a position to be a resource for our customers that will deliver their material requirements accurately, quickly, with the best service available and at the most competitive price possible. To become the most reliable fence supplier in our market(s) with the belief that we can only be profitable by being reliable. The quality of our products must meet or exceed the best in the market and our customer service must be second to none. Ultimately, to become this we must be profitable. It is, therefore, our objective to work with our customers in order for them to understand that for long-term business relationships to exist, they must be mutually profitable. If we are to maintain the quality of customer service that we would like to deliver, we must defray the costs we incur to do so and deliver a reasonable profit to our investors. We are more than willing to compete under fair conditions, but they must understand that discounting strategies that seem beneficial to them on the surface, can also result in unreliability and and creative strategies to recover hidden costs whose inevitable results will cost them real dollars.
