Fence For Life warrants that the precast concrete materials produced by Fence For Life shall be free from manufacturing defect at time of sale, and shall remain free of defect for the periods outlined below: l. For homeowners, materials shall be warranted free of defect for the lifetime of the original purchaser (provided one of the original purchasers remains living and retains ownership of the property), but not less than 25 years from the date of purchase of the material. This warranty is transferable to a subsequent owner during the initial 25 year periodand is non- prorated. Only the first subsequent owner shall be allowed protection under this warranty. This warranty shall end with the next transfer of the property, or with the death of the last of the original purchasers. 2. For corporations
