Originally founded in 1965, Fendler Patterson has evolved into a well respected, design-build general contractor, which prides itself on honesty and integrity. From restoring a historical property to building architecturally challenging projects, we will exceed your expectations and develop a trusting relationship at the same time. In 2005, we celebrated our 40th anniversary.

Tenant Improvements is the "backbone" of Fendler Patterson. Specializing in this work for over 20 years provides us with the knowledge of understanding tenants needs as well as typical requirements by many local facility owners. Timely completion and quality workmanship is critical to the success of every tenant improvement project.
