John Allen, Chicago John is a seasoned finance leader with over 25 years of Risk, Finance and Operations experience. He has held senior roles with Chrysler, GE Capital and Sears Holdings with a strong emphasis on Workout, Restructuring, Credit and Risk Mitigation. His experience includes extensive Commercial Lending, Real Estate Finance and Capital Equipment. John holds a BS from the University of Northern Colorado and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University. Mark Nichols, Denver Mark is a senior banking executive with over 38 years of experience with multiple banking entities. He has most recently held the title of President at three separate banks during successful mergers. His vast experience in Commercial Lending, Real Estate and Asset Backed Lending includes Asset Valuation, Restructuring, Workout and Marketing with numerous medium- and larger-sized banks. Mark holds a BA in Business from Southern Connecticut College and an MBA from the University of Colorado..Gregg Barrow, New York & New England Gregg is a senior finance executive with over 20 years of experience in banking and financial services. This experience includes multiple industries and expertise across a broad range of lending to include Real Estate, Asset Based Lending, and Capital Equipment Leasing. While working at both Citibank and GE Capital, Gregg did significant work in restructuring, workout and operations. Gregg holds a BA in Economics from Brown University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut Geoffrey Dowling, Chicago Geoff comes to Fenwick with over 35 years of experience and is a nationally recognized expert in all aspects Commercial Real Estate. He has worked with companies such as Walgreen's, Motorola and FedEx in the capacity of acquisition and disposition of commercial assets. His work with Fenwick includes risk advisory, workout, appraisals and disposition of real estate. Geoff is a client focused executive who is working with Fenwick's customers to bring solution based expertise to their issues and opportunities. Geoff holds a Bachelors Degree in Real Estate Finance from Arizona State University and is a past President of the National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives. John Pritchard, Scottsdale/Chicago John is a seasoned finance and risk executive with over 25 years of experience in commercial lending, corporate risk and financial services. This experience includes multiple industries and expertise across a broad range of lending to include Real Estate, Asset Based Lending, and Capital Equipment Leasing. While working at Chrysler, Toyota and GE Capital, John did significant work in underwriting, risk mitigation, workout and operations. John holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Minnesota; is a Six Sigma Certified Green Belt and is a member of the Illinois CPA Society.
