Temple Beth Or, a Reform Congregation in south Dayton on Marshall Road, was founded in 1984 by a group of dedicated Jewish families who wanted their children to have a Jewish education and a place to worship as a congregation. Almost a quarter century later, Temple Beth Or is a full-service congregation large enough to offer a variety of educational and community programs, yet small enough to maintain a feeling of intimacy.

He joined Ferguson Construction Company in 1989 and has 35 years of experience in the construction industry. Jay Gearon earned his LEED AP in 2009.

We continuously challenge our company to be the company leader in providing high quality construction services in a timely, cost-effective and safe manner from conception through project completion.

Ferguson is relationship-based company with an experienced staff of approximately 250 employees. Approximately 70% of Ferguson's volume is with repeat customers.
