Ferguson Stein Chambers Gresham & Sumter, P.A. is a multi-specialty law firm with its primary office in Charlotte, North Carolina. The firm was founded in 1964 by Julius L. Chambers, who left the firm in 1984 to become Director-Counsel of the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc. in New York and who became the Chancellor of North Carolina Central University in 1992. Mr. Chambers returned to the firm in 2001. The firm currently has 13 attorneys whose diverse backgrounds are set out in the attached description of attorneys.
