Fiber Dynamics, Inc. is a composites center of excellence, providing innovative solutions and exceptional performance for over 20 years. As a leader in providing out-of-autoclave processed components, Fiber Dynamics specializes in RTM and Vacuum Infusion processes to provide very complex, highly-structural components such as wing structures, landing gear struts, airframe components, etc. Less complex structures are also economically accommodated, as well as traditional pre-preg fabrication.

We combine our design and materials expertise along with our proprietary materials and equipment to create unique engineering solutions for our customers. Our unique capabilities often result in a lower total product cost for our customers.

Our quality standard is AS 9100 Rev. C. We have extensive experience working with aerospace and commercial grade materials, including aramid (Kevlar®), carbon fiber, fiberglass, phenolic, and others. We manufacture in production runs as low as five units, all the way up to long runs of 10,000 pieces or more.

The AAI Corporation Shadow® 200 unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) is used by the United States Army and Marine Corps to provide brigade commanders with real-time battlefield footage that allows them to implement the right decisions at critical moments. When Fiber Dynamics, Inc. was approached to provide wing flaps and ailerons that control the Shadow® 200 while in-flight, needless to say we set our technological wherewithal and brainpower to the test. The results we arrived at were, to say the least, impressive.
