Emi has 22 years of experience in Human Resources and in career, organizational and management consulting. She has spent over 11 years managing Human Resources of high-tech companies, from start-ups to multinational corporations. Prior to joining Fiberzone, Emi was VP of HR at Radlan, and after working on the company's 2003 acquisition by Marvell Semiconductors, served as Director of HR at Marvell. Emi has vast experience in recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, management coaching, crises resolving, and internal organization consulting.
Bill Simmelink is an industry veteran with a track record of success over 30 years of experience in executive management, and extensive international experience in sales, marketing and business development in the communications industry. Prior to joining FiberZone, he served as President of the Americas and India for Coppergate Communications, an Israeli-based semiconductor networking company acquired by Sigma Designs. Previously Bill was President and General Manager of Texas Instruments’ Voice-over-IP business unit.
Founded in 2003, FiberZone Networks is a privately-held corporation with offices in the United States and Israel. The company is backed by international, communications-industry focused venture capital firms Novak Biddle Venture Partners and the S-Group.
Mr. William Schrader has 30 years of technology management experience as a CEO. Since August 2012, he has served as CEO of LeaseWeb USA, the US division of a global firm under the OCOM Group from The Netherlands. Prior to that, he served as co-founder and CEO of Neutral Net, Inc., an FTTH firm serving both the Smart Grid and the telecom markets. Earlier, he has served as Chairman, President and CEO of Synchris Inc., a software firm supporting document management and collaboration. Mr.
