Ms. Vorisek possesses 29 years of experience in the investment industry. Prior to joining FMA, Ms. Vorisek worked for Duff & Phelps Investment Research in Chicago. She is a member of the CFA Institute, the Economics Club of Chicago, the National Association of Securities Professionals, Women Investment Professionals, The Chicago Council on Global Affairs and a former board member of the CFA Society of Chicago. Ms. Vorisek holds a BS in finance from Marquette University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in finance and international business.

As part of the Operations Team, John Odum is responsible for providing client service to both clients and consultants and assisting with the firm’s business development efforts. Prior to joining FMA in 2010, he was a client services associate at Man Investments Inc. He has also held positions at Arthur Andersen as both a senior auditor and marketing senior. He has more than 15 years of industry experience. Mr. Odum holds a BBA in Marketing from St. Joseph’s College and a MS in Accountancy from DePaul University.

Fiduciary Management Associates, LLC ("FMA") is an independent employee-owned investment management firm based in Chicago. FMA manages separate account portfolios for a national client base that includes public funds, corporate pension funds, Taft-Hartley funds, charitable organizations and police and fire pension funds. FMA has two principal strategies—small cap value and small-mid cap value. Approximately two-thirds of the firm’s equity is women and minority owned. FMA was founded in October 1980 and has been 100% owned by its employees since 2002.
