He leads the Sales Engineering, Technical Support, Training and Technical Services organization at FieldAware. His teams handle customers in pre and post sales technical roles including product technical questions, issues, education, training, user experience and implementation services. Prior to joining FieldAware in 2011, Press was Sr. Director of Global Enablement at Websense .

A leader in technology consulting and operations for over 20 years, Jim Swafford’s expertise encompasses all phases of professional services from startup companies to internationally recognized organizations. Prior to joining FieldAware, Swafford served as a senior logistics officer for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) where he managed over $1 billion in services annually.

Fergus Gloster has more than 25 years’ experience in Information Technology. He is currently the Managing Director Europe for Marketo a provider of cloud-based marketing solutions. Gloster is a veteran implementer and proponent of, cloud-based services and business models.

Johnny Jones has more than 20 years’ experience in global business application and technology sales. At FieldAware, he leads the company’s global business development and sales efforts. Prior to joining FieldAware in 2011, Jones was the Vice President of International Sales at NetSuite, a provider of cloud-based accounting and ERP application software. His tenure there resulted in triple digit growth rates and expansion of NetSuite operations into a number of new international markets.
