Justin Newman has experience in multi-unit residential, condominium development, and commercial real estate transactions, including handling matters pertaining to the acquisition, conveyance, financing and leasing of residential and commercial properties. Mr. Newman also has experience in commercial real estate litigation, including mortgage foreclosures, forcible entry and detainer actions, breach of contract actions, and post-judgment collection and enforcement actions.

Gail L. Candela, a senior paralegal with the firm, has significant experience in the sale and acquisition of residential and commercial properties, as well as commercial financing transactions. Ms. Candela assists attorneys in the review of due diligence materials, prepares closing documentation, coordinates of all aspects of real estate and financing transactions and attends closings. Her experience in the conversion of condominium developments and formation and maintenance of corporate entities is also extremely substantial.

Field and Goldberg has a deservedly excellent reputation in the area of sophisticated financing transactions. As lender's counsel, we represent major real estate institutional lenders, including insurance companies, banks and unregulated credit providers. Our lawyers have broad experience in assisting in the negotiation of loan transactions and in documenting and bringing them to a successful close.

Steven J. Field has experience in multi-unit residential and commercial real estate transactions, including handling matters pertaining to the acquisition, conveyance, financing and leasing of residential and commercial properties. His practice includes working with clients regarding Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified buildings and related sustainability (green) issues.
