Carey Fifer is co-owner of Fifer & Associates, which he helped launch in 1999. For over 13 years as a Loan Officer, he has been committed to superior service to help his clients with real estate services such as mortgage lending, home buying counseling, real estate sales/rentals, and home improvement. He has worked at Community Mortgage since 2004. Hard work, excellent customer service, and communication skills differentiate him from many other Loan Officers. Some of his performance skills consist of being available when called, knowledgeable about mortgage programs, courtesy, and promptness in returning calls. Carey graduated from University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, major in Finance. He also retired his Real Estate License, and has taken several courses such as Real Estate Appraisals and Construction Business Management. Now he is a Mortgage Loan Officer licensed in TN and MS. Working to provide the best mortgage/real estate services for each customer is his ultimate goal, because with each satisfied customer is an opportunity for more referrals.

Fifer brings a diverse background in real estate-sales-investments-construction. In January 1999, Fifer was founded to provide affordable home buying counseling, real estate investments and construction services. Fifer renovates properties throughout the Memphis Area with local and national investors, traditional lenders, 203 (k) programs, FHA, VA, and insurance companies. Fifer has continued to grow by partnering with other contractors and developers to do commercial build-outs, restaurants, and office spaces. Some of our clients are Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Gill Properties, Community Mortgage, Cordova Medical Group, & American General Financial Service.
