Rock-Solid Support. As a Filpac customer, you're never in a corner. When you dial our number you either get a person who can help or a quick callback from someone who can. And thanks to our unique five minutes free support courtesy, 99 percent of problems and questions are quickly resolved.

Sounds strange because most software companies are set up to make it difficult for people to call, preferring instead to point them to a FAQ page on their website. But then Filpac is a different sort of software company. We post frequent software updates rather than issue periodic releases. Our prices are low. But most importantly, we keep an open line to our customers. We actually like hearing from you!

8. You can pick up the phone, call for assistance, and get a human being on the other end of the line. (Or at least voice mail if we're busy, in which case you can expect a prompt return call.) It's part of the five-minutes-free courtesy that we provide to all customers.

If fund-raising is a problem, we provide free of charge an updated list of donors from the Secretary of State’s website. This is the same list that you can download for free, but in Filpac you can quickly view the donation history of everyone matched against their giving to other campaigns. So if someone has given you $100 but wrote $1000 to Kasich, it means you shouldn’t insult the guy by asking for less!
