My wife and I have been working with horses for over 30 years together. We have to boys, Ty and Troy that help us get the work done at Filzen Show Horses. Both Ty and Troy have been showing and working with horses at a very young age. Filzen Show horses is a family owned and operated business dedicated to breeding, showing, and selling world class halter horses, at an affordable price. Our breeding program emphasizes form to function! We breed, show, train, sell and promote all breeds of stock horses, but mainly Appaloosa and Paints.

Pretty Design APHA 1999 Sorrel Overo mare. Pretty Design is one of the last few daughters of the late great Western Design. In the show pen she earned 80 halter points, including her superior. She is a strong color producer, as well as a multiple futurity champion producer. She is also a multiple ROM/Halter point earner producer. Had a big colt out of Mr Sinatra this year (see foals page). Open for 2015.

A 2006 sorrel tobiano mare. "Annie" has a pedigree to die for! Sired by world champion producer Proud To Impress who goes back to Tardee Impressive and Beaus My Daddy. Dam is a own daughter of The Scotchman and an Obvious Conclusion daughter! She is HYPP N/N! Annie is a strong color producer and always out produces herself like a broodmare is supposed to do. She is 16 hands. Had an awesome filly this year out of Mr Ice Te (see foals page). Bred to AQHA- A Good Time N Fella, for a 2015 foal.
