For over 20 years, Tom has worked with clients in the areas of group health and welfare insurance benefits. After starting his business career with John Hancock Financial Services and Prudential Financial Services, Tom joined Financial Concepts in 1989. Tom’s concentration is on the design and implementation of group benefit plan packages. He is a strong advocate for effectiveness in the benefit selection process – from customized tailored plan design to effective employee communication, all resulting in appropriate products which our clients appreciate.

About Us Financial Concepts is a multi-service employee benefits consulting firm founded in 1983. Our firm provides organizations with custom designed benefit packages. We believe benefit programs should be built based on the strategic objectives of the organization.
