At Financial Construction Inspections, Inc. our primary business is the inspection and review of construction draws. We include the borrower, general contractor and lender in the review of documentation substantiating a draw. We provide costing services to client lenders. This costing covers the plans and bank cost breakdowns. The procedure is a combination of the builder�s figures from the subcontracts and our in-house database. The cost reviews utilize historical costing methods including individual take offs using the square footage and volume costing methods.
