In my 15 years with FPI, they’ve supported me in completing my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees and provided me with opportunities working in areas across the company to grow my knowledge of our customers and systems. I began as an administrative assistant, took on various roles over the years and now I’m the Customer Center of Excellence Manager working with a great team of people providing the best service possible to our customers.

Claude is one of FPI’s “go-to” people. Having worked in FPI’s HR department for over 17 years, she has the knowledge and resources to provide employees with the guidance they need related to employment issues and career development. Claude sees HR as a place for one-stop shopping – if you have a question, HR will provide the information you need and point you in the right direction. Educational and work background: A proud “Jersey Girl”, Claude earned a degree in Social Sciences with an emphasis on psychology from Montclair State University.

Starting from BASIS, where he was originally brought in as a contractor, to EMPOWER where he headed up the EMPOWER Design Team, to the Applet group where his team foraged new ground in the Mobile arena.
