Lee Helman joined Financo in 2006 as Managing Director and is responsible for originating and executing M&A transactions as well as relationship management with corporate and sponsor clients. Mr. Helman has 20 years of experience in banking, direct marketing, e-commerce, retail and consumer companies. During his banking career, Mr.

Colin Welch is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Financo, LLC and Chief Executive Officer of Financo Limited, the firm’s London-based European operation, having joined Financo in September 2011. Mr. Welch brings a truly global perspective with 20 years of experience in the retail and consumer sectors, both domestically, and in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Scott Abrams has over 25 years of experience in financial control and operations. Mr. Abrams joined Financo in 1995 as Controller, was promoted to VP of Finance and Systems, and then promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2006. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm's financial operations, including corporate tax filings, financial reporting and budgets. In addition, he developed and oversees the office computer network systems, and established cost accounting policies and standards.

Financo was founded by Gilbert Harrison in 1971. Since selling the firm to Lehman Brothers/American Express in 1985 and buying it back in 1989, Financo has built a reputation for providing independent, unbiased and client-focused service.
