It is our mission to partner with a client and to monitor the changes in the condition of the LFTS as it cycles through the seasons. By working with someone on a regular basis you can anticipate repair and maintenance needs without being surprised. We also work with you to point out those practices that may be detrimental to the long-term life of the structure.

We have been performing inspections for many years. Our licensed professional engineers each have over 35 years of experience in design, fabrication, and erection of steel buildings. Our emphasis on safety, our expertise with refractory materials, fasteners and hardware, along with extensive knowledge about paint and coatings are the key differences between us and the other so-called "qualified inspectors".
