Stove Builder International Inc. (SBI) is the manufacturer of the Enerzone brand, which began in 1875. SBI is a Quebec-based company and in 1978, they began making stoves and fireplaces. Today SBI is one of the largest manufacturers of stoves and fireplaces in North America.

Valcourt was founded in 1958 and was sold to SBI (Stove Builders International) in 2007. SBI is a Canadian family-owned enterprise dedicated to the design and manufacturing of residential heating appliances sold around the world. Valcourt operates in a state-of-the-art facility.

Since the company’s founding in 1978, Scan A/S has always made ‘heating furniture’ of the highest quality. The starting point for the birth of one of Denmark’s largest manufacturers of contemporary wood-burning stoves, sold under the Scan brand, was a combination of Danish design, craftsmanship and skillful engineering.
