Description

Mark Oldenburg is a business professional with over 30 years of experience in business development and financial management in the technology industry. Mark holds a BA degree in Business Administration from Loras College, Dubuque, IA and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. He managed in retail business before joining IBM Corporation in the area of Financial Management and Financial Planning.

Robert Conley has resided in Galena, IL since 1996 and is currently self employed at Gillen and Conley Flooring, a company he founded in 2004. His passion for firefighting began in 1998 when he joined the Galena Fire Department, where he still serves. Robert has held the position of Captain and Training Officer since 2005, is certified as Firefighter II and Instructor I as well as having completed numerous command, leadership, and basic firefighting classes at the University of Illinois Fire Service Institute.

Chief Bingham has been involved with Fire and Emergency Medical Services for over 37 years, most recently as Fire Chief of the Boynton Beach (FL) Fire Rescue Department. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University, and a Master’s Degree in Management with Graduate Certificates in Public Management and in Human Resource Management from St Thomas University, Miami, FL.
