If you run a fire company, we're about to make your life a whole lot simpler. Fire companies need records - there's no getting around that. However, FIRM was designed to dramatically improve your recordkeeping with much less work. We've prepared a brief website presentation that will show you exactly what we mean. Consider this: If you needed answers to some of the following questions, how would you get the answers, how long would it take you, and could you back them up? How many LOSAP points does Bob Brown have so far this year? Exactly how did he earn them? Which members have (don't have) accident victim extrication training? Who was at that alarm last February at Wal-Mart? How many total manhours were invested last year? Which SCBA's need testing? Our system would make answering those and many other specific questions a breeze. Yet, all you do is put very basic information about people and events into the system as the events occur. That creates a database of information. The FIRM system uses its built-in "intelligence" to DERIVE answers from that database, not just feed back the same data you put in.
