Description

Elaine has over 30 years of experience in the residential real estate finance industry with emphasis on credit and property analysis and underwriting. She has held leadership positions at E*TRADE Financial, RBC Mortgage, E-Loan and PMI Mortgage Insurance. In these positions she has been responsible for the hiring, training and management of origination staff, management of award-winning sales and operations teams, and the development of operations processes, policies and procedures.

Jim has 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He joined FirstREX in 2006 and leads the team responsible for the product design and operating platform of the company’s flagship products, the REX Agreement and REX HomeBuyer. Jim has developed operating platforms for several mortgage and investment management firms and spent several years overseeing a Nomura Securities fund that supported the growth of innovative financial service companies.

Don joined FirstREX in July of 2013 and is responsible for the firm’s operational infrastructure and processes. He has over 28 years of experience in the financial services industry serving in management positions at Bank of America, Wells Fargo Bank, and Deutsche Bank.

Founded in 2004, FirstREX provides home buyers and homeowners with smart new financing alternatives based on equity instead of debt.
