I wanted to take a moment on a very busy day with month-end to comment on the service from Vicki Salono. I felt it important to send this email in midst of the craziness because when you know someone has gone the extra mile to provide service, that is worth an extra moment. Vicki has been exemplary. She responds to emails within minutes if you have a question. She answers the question thoroughly and with great knowledge. I have learned a lot just from having contact with her on this file. It is with great pleasure that I tell you just how wonderful Vicki Salono is at what she does best, Customer Service. Vicki and I have been partners for over 16 years. I say “Partners” because she does partner with me to offer supreme customer service for me and my clients. When we come across a situation that appears to be a deal breaker, Vicki thinks outside “the box”. She has always been willing to come in early and stay late to accommodate my clients (not too many EO’s do that!) Her cheerful disposition is always appreciated. Vicki is also bilingual which is so useful to many of our clients. She is a true asset to First Arizona Title and me.
