Dr. Steve Bowersox is the founding Executive Director of Integrity Music’s Worship International and now serves as Executive Pastor of Worship for FBC JAX. He previously served as Worship Leader at Christ the Redeemer Church in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida for more than 16 years. In addition, Steve is an adjunct professor at the University of Mobile and the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, teaching Worship Leadership and technology.

A native of Plant City, FL, Morgan joined the FBC JAX staff as Ortega Campus Pastor in September 2013. Morgan has extensive experience in the ministry, pastoring churches in Missouri, Texas, New Mexico, and Virginia. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology from Hannibal-LaGrange College, a Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Luther Rice Seminary.

Born in DeFuniak Springs, Florida, Marlene has spent most of her life in Jacksonville. She was saved during a church service at the age of 8, but re-dedicated her life to Christ in 1989. Marlene studied business at the University of North Florida and has extensive experience in the local construction industry. She joined the FBC JAX staff in 2002 where she currently serves in the Finance Department. She is responsible for supervision of the day-to-day accounting functions and human resources for the church.
