Envision Designs is a line of products produced in the FCC Industries through donations of discarded fabrics from local businesses in the Orange County area. All profits from the sales of Envision Designs products goes to fund the programs and services at First Chance Center for individuals with disabilities. This is a unique opportunity for our customers to give back and gain a beautiful, one-of-a-kind product. Through Envision Designs, our customers can either choose a product from the current inventory our FCC artists have created or design their own bag.

Envision Designs invites our customers to experience the power of a purchase. Customers have the option to shop our current inventory or design their own bag. Our hardworking FCC artists have created beautiful products that can be purchased through Etsy by shopping our current inventory. Here our customers will find an array of unique bags, totes, and purses that are ready to be shipped immediately.

By shopping the current inventory, our customers can choose a one-of-a-kind product that can be shipped immediately. This also gives our customers the opportunity to see what the finished product looks like. For those customers who like the security of knowing what they are getting, this is the perfect option!

Our staff has received state-approved training for Employment Training Specialist through the Indiana Institute for Disability and Community. They are competent in providing employment services for persons with disabilities and other barriers to employment, such as developmental disabilities, mental illness, physical disabilities, and other disabilities.

Supported Employment and Job Placement are available for persons with disabilities who are referred from the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation. An employment specialist assists the client by developing an appropriate work site; providing one-on-one training until the person can perform tasks independently; and providing follow-along services that will enable the person to retain long-term employment.
