In 1994 First Continental was formed by John Bonner, Joe Lynch and Dan Arnold to continue the lot development financing operations of a financial institution that was sold that year. The management group of Bonner, Lynch and Arnold has demonstrated a long successful track record in the origination and management of Residential Lot Development Financing over the past 40 years. In total, the management has financed or developed over 33,000 lots, representing over $1 billion of residential lot development projects. First Continental has financed over 250 communities since its inception in 1994.
