Bachelor of Arts or Science degree or equivalent and a minimum of three years of experience in all facets of agricultural lending; Strong analytical skills in addition to competency with Microsoft computer applications; demonstrated experience in business development; strong sense of community involvement; and providing responsive high quality service.
