was formed in 1978 by its principals in an effort to provide property management services to a portfolio of properties being developed by F & S Development. Since then, First Housing Corporation has grown to its present size with 180 employees on 31 developments across the State of Michigan. These developments encompass a broad range of funding and financing types, including, but not limited to, MSHDA-80/20 and Section 8; HUD-221(d)4 and Section 236; and, conventional.
