In 1990, our owner, Tony Drost, purchased his first duplex (shown below). With the help of friends and family they began performing needed repairs and improvements. Although not much money had been spent, the property was looking much better. Tony soon realized that he could fill the vacancies much quicker and the applicants were much more qualified, as if the non-qualified tenants knew that this place was too good for them. Best of all, he was able to increase the rents. 2 ½ years later, he sold the property for $44,000 more than he had originally paid for it. Tony since has re-invested in other rental properties and continues to do so today. With the help of a well-trained staff, Tony can help you increase the value of your rentals.Currently FRPM manages over 900 units in the Boise/Meridian area.
