First Response Advantage, Incorporated has provided emergency planning and safety services to facilities and corporations in the New York metro area since 2001. Our services range from customizing an emergency response plan for a public access defibrillation (PAD) program to providing certification training in a variety of courses in Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid. We train a broad range of individuals from lay personnel to health care providers. All our instructors are authorized American Heart Association training providers and have outstanding experience as Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and Paramedics in the New York City EMS system. Our services increase workplace safety, facilitate regulatory compliance and can enable you to qualify for a liability insurance deduction reducing your premiums by up to 20% annually. Recent legislation has been enacted requiring several facilities and organizations to participate in the PAD program. These include NYS public and charter schools, health clubs with memberships of over 500 participants and all New York State public institutions. In addition, some municipalities have enacted requirements for nursing home and adult care facilities to obtain PAD certification.
