This is an experienced level position requiring a minimum of five years of clerical experience in mortgage loan processing/closing and a good knowledge of FHA, FNMA, and conventional procedures. Requires the ability to meet the public in a tactful, professional, courteous manner responding with discretion to any given situation. Must be able to exercise independent judgment and initiative.
