WARRANTY: 1st Source Lighting warrants all equipment to be free from defect in manufacturing, under normal and proper storage, installation, and use, for a period of five *(5) years. Our warranty liability extends only to the repair or replacement of the defective part and no labor charges for correction of the defect by repair or replacement will be honored by 1st Source Lighting unless prior written authority has been granted by our Customer Service Department. Fluorescent Lamp and Ballast Warranty: Ballasts and lamps are those of recognized, responsible manufacturers.

1st Source Lighting has been manufacturing freezer fixtures with T5HO lamps for over 12 years. We've shipped thousands of fixtures to large cold storage facilities such as Schwans, Albertsons, City Ice, Saladinos, Trident, AWG, Baxter Health, & Supervalue.

"Your products are among the most solid lighting products I’ve ever seen. We’ve been using them throughout the majority of our 230,000+ square foot production facility since 2004 with virtually no fixture problems.

When selecting a high quality fixture for T5-HO lamps and ballasts, make sure that it is specifically designed for for lamp performance and built to provide a stable thermal platform for the ballast. Avoid fixtures that are constructed constructed more for appearance or lower price rather than long-term performance. Most importanatly, never install a fixture in an environment that may exceed the recommended ambient temperature suggested by both fixture and ballast manufacturer.
