Welcome to first tuesday, the California real estate educators. Since 1977, first tuesday has been approved by the DRE to provide quality California real estate licensing and renewal courses. All of our renewal course materials, and the licensing course materials for Real Estate Practice, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Property Management, and Legal Aspects of Real Estate, are written and constantly updated by first tuesday's full-time staff of researchers and writers. The first tuesday Journal , a tradition in the real estate community since 1978, is now available online. Fill out and save the forms into client folders, or print out blanks. Never be without the form you need. 1. Choose the statutory licensing or renewal course package of your choice. 2. Choose a delivery method, 3-in-1 or online only. The 3-in-1 delivery option gets you the study materials in print, online, and on CD-ROM. The online only delivery option gets you the study materials online only (no printed materials or CD-ROM). We will provide you with the study materials (reading materials and quizzes) and you will study at your own pace. Note: There is no online only option for statutory licensing courses. Also, if you choose the online only delivery method and later wish to have the printed materials and CD-ROM sent to you, you will be charged $9.50 per book in your renewal package. 3. Read all of your course materials. 4. Take the optional quizzes. 5. Meet the minimum DRE-required study period for your course. 6. Take your final exam(s) in one of two ways: -To take the exam(s) online, go to www.firsttuesday.us . Enter your Login # noted on your invoice (either your DRE license number or a T-number we assigned you) to access your Exam Homepage. -To take the exam(s) on paper, please mail, fax, or phone in your Request to Take the Final Exam. We will send your exam(s) to a Test Administrator who will monitor your exam(s). 7. Receive your Certificate(s) of Completion. If you took your exam(s) online, you can print an original Certificate of Completion from your Exam Homepage. If you took your exam(s) on paper, we will fax, email, or mail you your Certificate. 8. Use your Certificate(s) of Completion to fill out the appropriate DRE forms to obtain or renew your license.
