FirstChoice Staffing opened its doors in mid 1998 with the goal of offering professional office placements in both temporary and permanent capacities. It had become evident that many agencies did not understand the value of their clients needs and did not professionally serve their clients in assisting with job placements. In response to this perceived deficiency, it became our focus: to deliver on our promised services, offer qualified employees/applicants, and to do it affordably. As a result of these efforts, we are currently experiencing continued growth in an economic climate that has forced other agencies to: close offices, reduce support staff, merge with other agencies or close completely. Our growth continues in administrative and office support plus FirstChoice Staffing has recently expanded its services to include the following: medical, real estate, IT, CIS, and industrial placements. At FirstChoice, we think it's important to evaluate character as well as to measure skills in choosing whom to recommend to our clients. It's this kind of thoroughness that forms the basis of our business. And the essence of our mission statement.
