FirstPic, Inc. has extensive experience in planning and managing meetings and conferences that range in size from 10 to more than 1,000 participants. Our conference and meeting planners work with project staff to ensure that our clients' events impact participants. We provide site selection, online/on-site registration, travel reservations, program management, and marketing services. We negotiate and maintain contracts with national hotels and convention center chains. Our comprehensive services allow clients to receive a seamless, all-inclusive, event management package.

Founded in 1971, Close Up is a national nonprofit organization that educates and inspires young people to become informed and engaged citizens through a “close up” view of government and democracy in action.

Drawing on more than 12 years of grants management experience, FirstPic, Inc. has created a customizable, efficient, and user-friendly online grants management reporting solution for several of our national clients. To ensure that each system is tailored to the client's needs, FirstPic, Inc. assesses the existing grants management workflow and provides suggestions and solutions designed to simplify and complement the process. We create custom reports that analyze, document, and promote the successful implementation of our clients' grant programs.

FirstPic, Inc. has worked with National 4-H Council to implement the National Mentoring Program since 2010 when National 4-H Council first received funding from the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) for this to support their mentoring efforts.
