We are now located in our new facility at 203 Taylor Way in Blue Lake, California. Blue Lake is a small town of just over 1000 people in Humboldt County about 5 miles inland from California's pristine North Coast. This area is known for its natural beauty and draws many people each year who come here to fish, hunt, backpack, walk along our long unspoiled beaches, watch the fog roll in or gaze at the world's tallest redwood trees.Our dedicated staff processes all of our fish in small batches, assuring the best quality product. We are also inspected by the U.S. F D A on a regular basis. We have been processing fish on the north coast of California for over 15 years. We will also process your catch- in any size or style you prefer. Bring in your fresh fish and we will return it to you smoked, vacuum packed and delicious.We pride ourselves not only on a premium quality product but on our excellent customer service as well.
