Emil Fish is a veteran real estate developer with expertise in land acquisition, zoning, construction, and financing. He has been involved with almost every type of development—residential, commercial, industrial, retirement, and skilled nursing—for over 40 years. A graduate engineer from the University of Southern California, he began his career as a design engineer with Bechtel Corporation. He entered the construction business with the establishment of Fish Construction Co., Inc. in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles.
Rowena Volfango joined Fish Enterprises in August 2005 with over 17 years’ experience in the field of property management and real estate development. Most recently she was Corporate Controller at Thomas Safran & Associates, where she utilized her real estate accounting experience to assist the company in developing affordable housing and management. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Manila, Philippines.
