Founder, Head Coach of Five Star Management Dr. Noel Lloyd is the founder of Five Star Management, a professional training, coaching and consulting service based in Seattle, WA. He has 25 years experience helping Chiropractors achieve and maintain phenomenal success in their field, their practices, and their lives. Dr. Lloyd developed the Five Star system after a skiing accident left him unable to practice. Rather than selling his practice, Dr. Lloyd designed a training program that quickly brought associates to success so that they could handle his busy practice. He rehabilitated his injuries with Chiropractic care and was restored to health despite the bleak prognosis he was given by medical doctors. Doctors who join the Five Star team receive the benefit of Dr. Lloyd's 25 years of consulting experience, during which time he has helped thousands of Chiropractors reach the peak of their game. Dr. Lloyd is invested in all his clients' success. He applies the same determination, attentiveness and business savvy to his clients' practices as he does to his own successful offices in Seattle. Dr. Lloyd graduated from Palmer College in 1971 at the age of 22 and became the youngest practicing Chiropractor in the state of Washington. He still enjoys practicing to this day. He has been a guest lecturer at the University of Washington, Seattle Pacific University, Evergreen State College, Life Chiropractic College and Cleveland Chiropractic College. He and his wife Kate have two sons, a daughter-in-law and one grandchild.
