FKM has been active in the development and the manufacture of new coatings, finishing techniques and production process improvements for industrial rolls since 1967. Acquired by Dr. Ulrich Freudenberg in 1998, FKM has continued to successfully expand its product offering and operations. To continuously improve our coating qualities and establish quality measures for our customers, FKM maintains a roll test-stand that employs Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to evaluate the quality and performance of our products. FKM uses the stand to assess products under production-simulated line load, speed, and temperature. The stand is also made available to customers for their development tasks.
Each step of manufacturing - from die cutting through pressing and finishing - is managed under one roof. This highly vertical, controlled production environment in conjunction with our strict production standards allow us to consistently deliver quality products.
