Jason W. Bartlein is a Director in Flagship’s Houston headquarters with over a decade of experience in commercial real estate and is responsible for originating senior and mezzanine bridge loans for the firm. Prior to joining Flagship Capital Partners, Mr. Bartlein served as Commercial Loan Officer in BMC Capital, L.P.’s Houston office. Prior to BMC, Bartlein managed the office of a Houston-based real estate consulting firm responsible for underwriting and closing CMBS loans for various Wall Street Investment Banks.
