All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after order is placed. Your order will be shipped via the method you choose during checkout. Please allow extra shipping time during the holidays. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via e-mail and will be able to track your package at www.usps.com using the tracking number provided in the e-mail. We take pride in our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as followed: Unopened flags can be returned to us for a full refund or exchanged for another product. The customer will be responsible for postage fees to mail the flag(s) back to FlagsPlus. When we receive the flag(s), a refund check or credit to your card will be issued. Opened flags can be exchanged for a different flag from our in-stock inventory. The customer will be responsible for postage to mail the flag back to FlagsPlus. Included in the package should be a note indicting the product you would like to have exchanged for the opened flag. All returns should include a copy of the order reciept. Should you not have your order sheet, please include a note with the following: Your name, address, telephone number and what you are returning/exchanging.
