Jerry Flathers and his team of precision machining experts started with a solid aluminum plate and, working closely with their customer’s engineering staff, produced the one-off part within a week. “This is what happens when you have talented, dedicated machinists working with state-of-the-art, CNC machine tools,” explains Jerry Flathers. “Our customer was nearly ecstatic with our on-time delivery and our close attention to every detail along the way. He had the biggest smile on his face when I pulled into his driveway. He was waiting out there like a kid on Christmas morning.
