Dan O'Rourke joined Flatiron in 2010, in the role of construction project manager with over 13 years of experience in construction management. With an engineering and construction management background Dan brings experience in the commercial, institutional and healthcare sectors. His prior experience includes project management positions with Skanska, Health Sciences Construction (HSC) and Hunter Roberts Construction Group. Dan posses experience with a variety of contract types including lump sum, construction management, and cost – plus, including a combination of the above.

Scott Dalinka is the President of Flatiron Building Company. In this role, Scott is responsible for all construction and service operations. One of Flatirons' strengths lies in its capabilities to deliver complex and challenging projects on time and on budget in a variety of sectors. We deliver in-house capability allowing us to provide creative and innovative solutions for our customers. Scott has more than 25 years of experience in the Construction Industry, of which 17 years have been with Flatiron Building Company.

Vince Lombardi joined Flatiron Building Company in 2006 in the role of Director of Estimating and Preconstruction Services, with more than 20 years experience in the general contracting industry. He plays a key role in maintaining Flatiron's reputation for providing competitive estimates and realistic conceptual budgets. Vince commenced his career with his family owned construction firm, followed by his position as estimator with P. Agnes Builders.
