Fleet Landing

Description

Fleet Landing is owned and operated by the Naval Continuing Care Retirement Foundation, Inc., a not-for-profit Florida corporation. The foundation was founded to create and manage this community, which opened in 1990. An all-volunteer Board of Directors administers Fleet Landing affairs.

When you walk into our Health Center, you will be welcomed by an inviting setting with Café-style dining and a choice of private and semi-private residences designed for comfort. We offer a broad range of services to meet both short and long-term needs, including specially trained nurses and rehabilitation therapists. Our on-site physician can operate as either your primary care provider or can work in conjunction with your current PCP.

Fleet Landing is dedicated to keeping your days and nights full of fun, friends, excitement, and most of all – full of life! Since 1990 our resort-style retirement community near Jacksonville, FL has made its name for service, stimulating activity and financial strength.
