FlexSystems develops Mobile PDA data collection and process applications utilizing barcode activated solutions for Field Operations, Security, Fire Safety, Facility Inspections and Maintenance professionals. Windows Mobile™, industry specific solutions have been developed to provide a single “mobility platform” for collecting, validating and guiding field personnel through multiple operational management missions eliminating paper based collection methods. FlexSystems software products are solutions that are open to custom configuration. Customers are able to build “missions” or routes. Each route is assigned a series of points. Points are identified and validated by barcodes permanently placed in areas or equipment assets. When barcoded points are scanned questions are introduced to the operator. Questions types are presented as yes-no, multiple choice, alpha-numeric or numeric with high/low validations. FlexSystem solutions then prompts corrective action procedures when non default answers to questions arise. System logic trees guide field operators through the PDA display. Response to issues is immediate and directed by pre-determined standard operating procedures. Inspection, incident and activity information is collected in field without paper. Captured data is linked back to a server database via wireless or docking station. The data is then processed automatically for multiple reporting and data sharing needs as required.
